Continuing on from my previous comments about white type on a photograph, I saw this poster advertising the google photography award and thought how well the type worked. This is something that I did trial in my initial trials for this project but didn't think it was appropriate due to the limitations of the images I was using. It will, however, inspire me to notice smaller things like this and also to start to take more photographs myself.
In relation to our current brief it has made me aware of positioning of type and also to try different coloured type. At this stage, however, it has made me begin to consider the application of type on an image.
